are there any WhatsApp groups for accommodations or shared apartment search for Kaiserslautern ?
I am already in the Kurt-Schumacher Dorm WhatsApp group but most of the postings are for short terms and Im not getting any success form WG Gesucht.
Any leads are highly appreciated.
I reached my accommodation in Kaiserslautern yesterday. I'm currently alone and my German is not that great. But I met some lovely locals here who were very helpful when I tried to speak German as much as possible. Still, it feels lonely. There's still time for my classes to start, I hope I can make some new friends. But till then I guess I'll have to be very strong and hope for better days....
Are there any good sites or social media pages to look at to keep up with events happening like concerts, festivals, fun nights and things like that? I always want to do things on the weekend but am a bit outside the city so I hardly ever see ads for anything fun happening
