I reached my accommodation in Kaiserslautern yesterday. I'm currently alone and my German is not that great. But I met some lovely locals here who were very helpful when I tried to speak German as much as possible. Still, it feels lonely. There's still time for my classes to start, I hope I can make some new friends. But till then I guess I'll have to be very strong and hope for better days....

I'm an incoming masters student at RPTU. I found this place called Omega Apartments in Kaiserslautern. I didn't find many reviews for this place.

Does anybody have an idea about their pricing for a long term stay??

Been offered a MSc in Automation and Control (WiSe 2026).

Would love to know if any of my fellow Indians are coming here.
