Distant boyfriend because of a new female coworker

Update: My boyfriend has been acting a little distant lately. Communication between us hasn’t been the same, especially since we don’t live in the same city, and he doesn’t really text “good morning” anymore.

Recently, we saw each other, and I noticed a few new things. He’s been waking up early for work to make lunch, which is something he never used to do. He’s also shaving his chest now and taking grooming to a different level.

On top of that, he recently mentioned a new girl at work again — this is the second time he’s brought her up. This time, he said she told him something that bothered him, basically saying he needed to be more like her in terms of earning more sales since they work in sales together.

Boyfriend of 2 years losing interest.

My boyfriend and I have been exclusive for about two years now, and for the past two months, I've noticed that he barely says good morning anymore and messages come in less often from him. But he's pretty active when it comes to planning dates, making time for me, and spending time together. However, I can’t shake the feeling that something is wrong. He’s also added more women on his social media. I feel like, at this point, our communication should be more consistent, but it’s been decreasing. What do I do? Also, he turns his phone over faced down when I’m with him and if we were sitting next to each other, he would wait for me to get up to grab his phone but once I’m back, he would put his phone down.
