REBAG SCAM!!!!
I am so furious. I sent a bag to Rebag. They listed my bag and wouldn’t offer my money so I told them to send me my bag back. They did but it’s not my bag. I have the serial number of my original bag and they sent me a completely different bag (same design and style) horrible condition with a different serial number. They are THIEVES!!! I emailed them no response. Contacted BBB. What do I do!!! My original bag was in good condition. This bag has rips discoloration etc.
**** I sent Rebag multiple emails- No Response. I took the advice given and filed a complaint with NYC AG. I sent all emails and pics of bag and garbage bag they sent me so everything is documented. I’m concerned that they sell my bag and then what do I do-
