How to find play partners as a lesbian?
Every single time I try to put myself out there I get either a slew of men thinking they’re the exception, or a slew of men pretending to be women.
I recently joined fetlife to post some writings/drabbles, and every person that’s slipped into my dms (and consistently liked my posts) so far has been among these two categories of people. The latter happens often enough be discouraging, but luckily I haven’t invested much time into another person for it to be particularly heartbreaking. I have grown a bit jaded though.
The thing is, I live in a place where this stuff isn’t common, so there are never any events near me, which makes things much harder.
I’m sure there are other people who have had this issue, but how do you actually deal with it? How do I filter through all the creeps to find one genuine person?
