[OC] [Animated Battlemap] The Citadel of Bureaucracy - A 3-Story Tower for an Epic Finale!

Hey fellow DMs! Lovebringer here.

If your party is anything like mine, they probably hate paperwork more than they hate ancient dragons. So, for the grand finale of my Eirintaal story arc, I built the ultimate dungeon: The Citadel of Bureaucracy.

This is a monumental, multi-level tower where the fates of the realm were decided (or endlessly delayed).

  • 1st Floor: The classic archives and reception. High bookshelves and massive desks.
  • 2nd Floor: The administrative open-space and the head official's office.
  • The Grand Stairs: A dizzying, massive spiral staircase connecting the upper floors with a terrifying drop in the center. Gravity is a harsh mistress here—one well-placed Thunderwave or a failed Dex save, and someone is taking a very long trip down to the open-space!
  • The Roof (Grand Finale): Accessible via a dangling rope from the 3rd floor, the roof features two giant, rotating crystals of creation and destruction fighting for cosmic balance.

The Pack Details: I wanted to make this as versatile as possible for your campaigns, so I created multiple phases. Oh, and did I mention they are fully animated? The complete release includes:

  • 4 Base Maps (Clean): Perfect for a stealth heist in a town hall, bank, or mage guild!
  • 4 Damaged Maps: For when the fireball inevitably goes off.
  • 5 Crystal Maps: Including the epic Grand Finale on the roof.

You can grab the full animated pack and check out my other work right here: https://boosty.to/lovebringer

I'd love to hear your ideas—what kind of monstrous boss would you put in charge of a bureaucratic citadel? A Lich accountant? A Devil with an iron-clad contract? Let me know in the comments! May your dice roll high! 🎲

[OC] The final street level of Eirintaal! Ready to siege the bureaucratic evil?

Hey fellow DMs!

I've been working on my "Eirintaal" city series for a while, and today I'm releasing the final map before entering the Tower itself. If you've been running your players through the cursed streets of this city, this is the perfect spot for the climax of the urban exploration chapter.

The map features a massive chasm, broken city debris, and a central statue of the city's ancient protector—still holding his hammer high, even as the bureaucratic heart of the city (the Tower) looms over everything, turning into a true citadel of evil.

I’ve also included a "Crystal-infused" version if your campaign took a turn for the wild magic/high-fantasy chaos, complete with backdrops to really sell the scale of this place.

Quick teaser: The next map pack I’m working on is going to be HUGE—we’re finally going inside the Tower to deal with the bureaucratic nightmare from the inside out. Stay tuned for that!

Greetings, dungeon masters! Lovebringer here ⚔️

this is continuation of this posts

Our journey into the dead city of Eirintaal continues! We've pushed past the outskirts and finally reached the central districts. The heavy stone architecture here was built to last for centuries, but even it couldn't withstand the cataclysm that shattered this realm.

I've put together two brand new maps (along with some glowing crystal variants) to drop your players right into the thick of the ruins!

🗺️ Map 2: The Central Streets of Eirintaal

Your party emerges from the suffocating, rubble-choked alleys onto a wide T-intersection. To the west, through the thick dust, the central spire of Eirintaal looms. The path forward forces a great tactical choice: will your players march proudly down the wide cobblestone streets, puffing their chests out against whatever dangers lurk ahead? Or will they take the stealthy route, weaving through the labyrinth of ruined stone estates and the overgrown, shadowy city park? With blown-out second-story windows and dense foliage, this area is a tactical dream for sneaky ambushes.

🗺️ Map 1: The Shattered Merchant Quarter

Time to ask your players for an Acrobatics check! The old merchant district is split entirely in half by a terrifying, bottomless chasm. To cross, your players have a choice. They can take the "safer" route across the sturdy, ornate remains of a fallen gothic tower wedged tightly between the cliffs. Or, if they're feeling risky (or need a flanking route), there's a dangerously flimsy wooden roof frame barely hanging over the void to the south. It creaks with every gust of wind!

🔮 Bonus Variants: Both maps come with a "Crystal Corruption" version, where the ruins are pierced by massive, aggressively pulsing purple crystals. Perfect for wild magic zones, cultist lairs, or a rift in reality!
