Background check issue
I need to get a PIC - VS criminal record check uploaded to the right person. the documents hub on the app doesnt have a slot for uploading my PIS-vs to be uploaded. The background check team needs to take a look at it and review it and updated my app.
So the triton background check came back and said to me that i need to provide further documentation (PIC-VS from RCMP) to be able to activate my account. And unluckily theres no document slot for me to upload my PIC - VS documents.
No matter what i do the agents dont get the issue resolved. I might have spoken to over 12 different agents and they cant just manually upload the pictures of the background check i send to the background check team to activate my account.
Has anyone had a similar issue? Is it even possible to fix this or is my account done? Please help!
