Hi all,

I am looking for some insight from those currently selling at Autodesk. Based on my research so far, my assumption is that the OTE (On-Target Earnings) is slightly lower than at companies like Salesforce or Databricks, but that the overall compensation package—specifically the RSU vesting schedule and the 2 year look back period on ESPP—makes for a better total reward?

Additionally, is it true that hitting targets at Autodesk is generally more attainable compared to its peers?
