Hello! We are two male, late 20s professionals looking to fill a room in Crown Heights on the corner of Rogers & Crown.

The apartment:

• Rent $1,425
• August 1 move-in
• 3 bed, 2 bath (you would be sharing a bathroom with one person)
• 2nd Floor Walk-up
• Spacious bedroom that easily fits a bed, desk, & other furniture.
• In-unit laundry & dishwasher
• 10 minute walk to 2,3,4 & 5 trains and 17 minute walk to B & Q trains
• Wall-mounted heating and cooling
• Exposed brick throughout the apt

You are:

• Working professional able to reliably cover the $1,425 rent
• Age 25-35 (open to all genders)
• No pets
• Responsible for cleaning up after yourself and helping with house tasks
• Considerate of noise and guests (all good things in moderation)
• Friendly, respectful, and communicative
