IUI twins from today?? How did everything go for you guys? Sending baby dust to everyone!

I had my baseline ultrasound and labs today, and she saw a 30mm cyst. She said they would draw labs to make sure it’s not hormone producing, and they came back fine (estrogen low), and my lining was great, so they said I’m all set to start my cycle. Has anyone had a cyst at baseline and had success? Freaking out that this may be a wasted cycle.

Hi ladies! I am about to go into my 5th IUI cycle, IUI #2 was successful, but unfortunately ended in MMC. For this cycle, we doing 7.5mg Letrozole CD 3-7, 75iU GonalF CD 7 & CD9 (planned so far will adjust if needed during monitoring). I normally end up with 1 good sized follicle off just the 7.5mg Letrozole, but we want to see if we can recruit more. I have a blocked right fallopian tube, so we are really relying on just my left side. Any success stories or thoughts?
