Didnt want to pay $250 for a dock that only supports hdmi-got this for $115 and it solved everything. I can run my 2 desktop monitors with the DVI-D output cables i used for years with my old dell setup and use my neo screen as the third monitor(or lid closed and just use desktops) and it works beautifully. Has a decent heft to it also so it stays put on my desk and everything looks nice and tidy.
