Anyone else have issues with the glam bot? It’s so frustrating. It won’t stop going in circles and circles. It won’t help me get replacements, fix order issues, or even get a replacement for a broken bag I received. This is insane, can we PLEASE bring back human customer service? I’ve sent the same ish message 20 times to this stupid glam bot and it does not listen.
ETA: I had two palettes come damaged. The bot confirmed the order (or so I thought!) as it’s not showing in my order history nor did I get confirmation of the order. The loop continued forever
I b0ught my new iPhone 16 about 6 months ago. The screen already has burn-in from the battery, silence icon, wifi, etc. Plus the TikTok hotbar is burned into the bottom of my screen, when I only use it 30 min daily. Support blamed my screen brightness (it’s around 25-40%) but I think it’s a defect. Any suggestions?
Here’s my May original plus add ons. I added on the extra eyeshadows for gifts. Tbh, I’m not happy with this months bag. 3/5 products they chose were listed as “rarely”. The eyeliner, eyeshadow, and moisturizer will be gifted away alongside the 3 eyeshadows in add ons and the one brush. I feel like this months bag is hit or miss for a lot of us.
