My research lab needs to add a deparaffin protocol to our processor to use old paraffin blocks in a new procedure, but we are xylene-free and use waxol - any recommendations on a good depar protocol? In other labs we’ve used our cleaning reagents (xylene and alcohol) to run things back, but I’m new to xylene-free processors, so any suggestions on steps and times would be appreciated!
