There's an old thread on this sub from about a year ago asking the same thing and the answers were thin since the program was relatively new i think. Wanted to revisit since it seems to have expanded.
I'm trying to do quarterly tracking and the math on subscription services doesn't work at that frequency. Found out Goodlabs gives you a free clinical panel when you donate blood at one of their partner centers. From what I can tell it's now live with Vitalant in SF, Inova in Centreville VA, and Blood Assurance in Chattanooga, Nashville, and Rome GA. Same Quest/LabCorp lab work as the paid path.
Familiar with other ways to do this affordably (Ulta, Walk-In Lab, paying Quest cash directly), but the donation angle is the only thing I've seen that gets you to actually free for a real panel. Would love to hear from anyone who's done it. Specifically curious which markers are actually included with donation vs needing to be added on, and whether anyone is alternating donation panels with paid panels to fill in gaps.
