i’m in California, i’m 26 and have my learners permit but don’t have a car to practice with and no friends or family that have time or are willing to let me use their car. i’ve had my eye on a car at my local carmax for a while now and wanted to know if i would be able to go put a down payment and get a car note without having a license yet?
