I am almost 19-years old male.
What do guys think about my testostereone levels as a natural not on trt.

Testostereone 19.3 nmol/l ≈ 556 ng/dl
Free testosterone 305 pmol/l ≈ ~88 pg/m

I go to gym 4x week, sleep well, jogging 1x week and balanced diet.
