I live in Ottawa, Ontario and it's really humid here. We live in a garden home and we don't get any cross breezes and we close all windows at night to sleep. I am wondering if a whole house dehumidifier would bring down the humidity level to around 40% in the Spring and Fall (May/Sept/October). We use the AC in the Summer and wondering if it would help then too.
