Can't Equip Mount
Hey all, asking for my friend here as we truly cannot figure out how to get her to be able to ride her mount.
She has completed the quest, she has the dawnspur in her ranch, but she still cannot equip it. She also cannot buy any horses whatsoever, even though said quest is completed.
As per the guides on the official discord, we have tried the following work arounds and still have not been able to get it to work. I've seen her horse in her barn, I've interacted with it, seen it's age, had her screen share to try everything, nothing is working and wonder if anyone has found a work around.
She is waiting on hearing from the devs but the problem is that she hasn't heard anything from them since putting in a ticket the day of the update so I have been scouring reddit and the discord for days while she is on FB, just seeing if anything can be done.
She keeps logging in daily to try but it's been really discouraging and disheartening as she can't play with our friend group as it sucks she can't ride with us.
If anyone has any suggestions, we're desperate and are willing to try anything! I'm also seeing more people have this problem pop up in the discord so hopefully some answers here might help others.

"Q: I can’t ride my horse, even though I have completed “Before the Dawn"!
A: Go to your collections menu and unequip the Dawnspur. Alternatively, go to your Retirement Acres and un-retire your Dawnspur. Either of these should fix the issue!
For those who equip a horse and can't mount it (after unlocking), here are some work arounds.
Work Around 1:
Open collections
Unequip your mount
Close menu - you should be able to ride
Work Around 2:
Clear space in your ranch
Restore your new horse from retirement
Age it up from baby
Then equip we have tried unequipping in it in the collections tab as well as equipping it. And she has also retired it twice"
