Current progressive remote employees… do you feel micromanaged? I’ve been working in a hybrid setting for almost 5 years and I was offered a remote position making slightly less (but bigger bonus) but I’m worried about being micromanaged and monitored. I’m an adult, first and foremost. But I’m also a known high performer and never have issues with completing quality work. My current company only monitors those who are lacking. My reluctance is solely on the workload and being micromanaged or monitored. What should I know?
