Need some walking advice please
Hey yall.
Im finding my way back to walking, but having a little hiccup. I’d love some advice if you have it.
In the last few years I’ve been DX with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It’s taken awhile to get my meds sorted, but for now they are finally solid.
I’ve been obese my entire life post adolescent life, but I’ve lost 60lbs so far via just dietary changes.
I’d like to start walking again, it’s the most accessible to me.
But how do I begin this, being that I’m starting from basically being 100% sedentary and have lost a lot of stamina and strength I did have.
I’ve attempted several times this year so far to get out and walk, but I think I over do it and hurt myself to where I need a break and then I just give up. Mainly because I’m nervous about messing myself up more…😩
Anyways, any tips or advice on how to tackle this??
I’m working on my mental state on this, working through the nerves and stuff, but yeah…
