Species: Dog
Age: He's a little over four years old.
Sex: He's a neutered male.
Breed: He's a rescue, but we know he has Anatolian and Australian sheppard in him.
Body Weight: 110ish
History: We believe he's had minor strokes before that usually left him disoriented, but didn't present any visible issues until now.
Clinical Signs: One eye is grey, one side of his head appears to be drooping.
Duration: Noticed it yesterday. The drooping at some point went away, but the grey eye never did. The drooping came back today.
