So the app has been updated. I bought commuter travel club tickets on Sunday, which I have the email receipt for, but they aren't accessible on the app.

Is anyone else having this issue? I have tried calling support, but they are not working "May Day" (imo why push an update when you know support won't be available after the update goes live)
