Has anyone attended the Accenture Red Carpet event, either virtual or offline? Can someone explain what this event is about and what usually happens during it?

I recently accepted an offer from Accenture and received an invitation for the “Virtual Red Carpet Event.” The email mentions company culture, leadership interaction, innovation, and networking.

Would appreciate any insights from people who attended it before.

I recently received an offer apr 23 from Accenture, but my current company they might asking me to serve a 90 - days. My proposed joining date is on jun 29 (60 days np) , Because of this, I may need to postpone my joining date by a August first week.

Has anyone here successfully requested a joining date extension/postponement from Accenture?

How flexible are they with joining dates?

Did HR accept your request?

Any tips on how to communicate this professionally?
