25, non smoker, For context i had the tooth in the middle filled 6 months ago and they are saying there’s a possible cavity under that cavity but since it’s so close to the nerve they want to do a root canal. I have 0 pain or sensitivity so im just unsure if that’s the best option. She did say she could do a deeper cavity refill to try and save it but they just want to do the root canal. I’m wondering if it’s even worth doing the filling or should I just go for the root canal.
