Is there an email or a number where I can contact Booking.com? I am waiting for a refund and it’s been way more than 12 days. I have contacted my bank who is looking into it for me. I don’t know if should escalate this to the authorities. Has anyone ever been able to speak to a Booking customer service agent ?
I am so disappointed with Booking.com. They are a crappy, dishonest and unethical company.
I booked a night in a hotel in Zurich. They deducted the money in a fraction of a second then sent an email to inform me the booking didn’t go through. They then gave me the option to click on either ‘finalise booking’ or request refund. Neither link worked 😂
30 minutes later, I received another email notifiying me that as I hadn’t selected an option, I would be reimbursed within 7-12 days
It’s been 12 days and no refund in sight
Are they scamming people ?
