Very very new (4 days), my company does a mosquito repellent spray from a gas powered blower, we use NyGard, Bifen, and a soapy type solution. I’ve noticed my lungs hurt and it feels hard to breathe, should I be using a cartridge respirator?

Hi im new to target so forgive me if this has been asked before. I work in grocery in a P Fresh store, and work in the freezers a LOT. My store has only 2 jackets for the freezer, one is too small, and one the zipper doesn’t work. There are also no beanies to wear in the freezer and I’ve noticed my ears drying and cracking from the cold. I’ve asked the store manager about ordering more but he keeps saying he’ll get to it when he can. Can I bring and wear my own beanie to work to protect my ears? I kinda feel like they’ll tell me to take it off because I can’t even wear a hat. Thanks in advance!
