Random spots have appeared only on one side of my face in space of a day
These random spots / patches have shown up on my face in the space of about a day, more prominent since 2pm today (now 9.30pm BST.) Does this look like an allergic reaction / should I be worried or is this general spots ?
Any input would be greatly appreciated 😊 freaking out a bit as I don’t usually get spots like this
