I have the option between anthem and Cigna. Curious which one is easier to get approved through. I have significant recession and a small airway but a good bite because of compensatory orthodontics (in my opinion at a malpractice level)

My doctor (dr. Khan) seemed adamant it would be covered but I’m still worried about it. He seemed to think I had 15mm bottom 5mm top recession off of the CBCT.
