Anyone else tired of leaderships "idk" answers or the clumsy BS dance they do around your questions when they clearly don't know the actual answer? As a problem solver I shouldn't have to go on literal quests for knowledge about our department and how to solve it's problems. They all know they want their CPTs chased but not a soul knows how to catch one. That's just one example. I am thankful for the Amazon wiki and my refusal to give up. This sink or swim environment is absolutely exhausting.
