I'm flying from Singapore to London in June. There are 2 options for this journey on Lufthansa. Total duration is very similar - 16.5 hours.

1. Lufthansa plane A350​​​ 12.5h -- transit MUC 1h50min -- 2h10min to London
2. Lufthansa operated by Singapore Airlines A380-800 13h5min - - transit FRA 1h50min - - 1h40min to London
3. 2. costs about $50 more than 1), which I'm fine with and had been ready to go with. However, I've just read that FRA is a terrible airport and I'm travelling solo, so rather concerned.
