I’ve had this redkin lightener power for at least 9months maybe even close to a year. It’s been opened, It’s been stored well and no moisture got inside. I do want to make some money on the side and was wondering if I could still use this? (Fresh developer of course) or at least on my sister who’s a natural level 3, we lift to a 9 usually. I don’t usually have to buy my own product, but Id hate to see this go to waste if it’s preventable.
