Is it a usual occurrence for the terms of a contract to be changed after signing. I received a pay-per-hour contract and after signing, it was then mentioned that the project is paying per task regardless of how long it takes you to complete a task?

Second question, I have other roles that I have applied for that are currently in the pipeline for HR reviewing, if I were to get one of these roles, would it be a violation of contract or platform policy to leave the earlier project for the new one?

I just got an offer that from micro1. It says in the offer that payment is per hour but after signing the contract, I saw further update that the compensation was mis-represented in the offer mail and that the project is in fact paying per task.

My question is that, I have other roles currently in the pipeline for HR reviewer and these other roles do pay per hour. If I do get selected in any of these other projects, can I leave this current one and jump onto the new one. Would that be a violation of my contract or platform policy?
