My RCS won't send anymore... Its been working fine for months on an old beta version that doesn't have the ai built into it thank god...

Sent a "spicey" pic to my finance last night... And now the loading circle of doom when I try to send a normal image this morning... Is this big brother restricting me now, or just a usual random glitch... I've done all the regular troubleshooting steps FYI.
