r/oneshot mod gets criticized once, locks the entire post. Is it just me or does that look like powertripping?

I'm not the same person as the one who originally posted that, but I hate to see them mistreated so badly. Why are you prohibiting discussion of the way you mishandled that case? Are you so afraid that people are gonna agree with OP?

The comment OP originally made was not acceptable obviously, but this doesn't look very good, either.
