When can you start working out following hysterectomy?

I love power walking (I don't run anymore, for joint health preservation) and I lift weights. When would I be able to do both after surgery if everything goes smoothly? Thanks a lot.

Is it worth starting to take existing meds?

Hi.

I recently got diagnosed with 2 but I might have caught It around 2023 and mistaken the relatively mild OBs as a part of the transition to menopause (I'm about to turn 47). I'm aware there are a lot of medical and scientific breakthroughs towards a cure in the near future and I haven't had sex or dated for 2 and a half years bc of disappointment and I don't think I'll restart now, especially after the diagnosis.

Do you think I should start taking the existing drugs if my OB aren't that bad (I'm scared of long-term side effects) or just focus on a better diet, supplements, exercise and stress management until better and cleaner drugs and therapeutic vaccines that amount to a functional cure are widely available?

Thank you in advance. You are amazing.
