Is this the level of discrimination faced by pps dsp when compared to ips ?

and how are the promotional aspects of PPS in northern states ?upto which level they may reach during their service tenure ?

I have always heard pcs sdm dsp are decently good jobs but coming across such stories creates an ambience of ambiguity.

Just got in uppcs.I come from Punjab,A part of me feels haryana pcs will be better choice wrt the working conditions and the environment.

Any opinions on up as a state for working in the top 2 pcs positions vs haryana pcs as a better choice
