I ordered a bottle from Owala but they sent me the wrong one. I submitted a claim which was approved and they’ve said they’re sending me a replacement.

They haven’t asked me to return the original/wrong bottle though. Has anyone had a similar experience with Owala? Did they later ask you to send the wrong one back or were you allowed to keep it?

I’d love to end up with both bottles, but I don’t want to get my hopes up if they’re likely to ask for the original back 😂
