i wasn’t able to walk the stage last minute so i was just wondering what do they give is it just the degree??

I am a new grad. I graduated in December and I have applied for at least 300 jobs but I havent even gotten one interview yet. i am feeling really lost and hopeless. i am honestly thinking about going into nursing or something. is there anything else that i should do more? I have a bunch of projects now and i have done some hackatons as well.
