I received a email on the 4th of August for my replacement card for my Pc credit mastercard. It said it was on the way. Sended with Canada Post. I live in Québec. We are the 17th of August and I still haven't received it yet. Does anyone knows how much time it takes to get it? Thanks.

I received a message on the application telling me my replacement card was on the way on the 24th of July. Then, the 4th of August, I received a email telling my card was on the way. This is for a card that expires in the month of September. I called the customer service and received messages that were very different. Has anyone experience this situation, and can I please know how much time it took to receive the card? We are the 12th of August and I still haven't received nothing.
