I am posting this since I do not know where else I can reach. I have two bank accounts Oaken Financial and PC Money account. I requested $1000 from PC Money account to Oaken. However, it's been more than 3 weeks. The funds are gone from my PC Money account, and Oaken Financial claims they never received the money. What should I do about this? Both are online banks. Customer service on both side do not care and just want to end the call on me. Can someone help with suggestion on how to proceed?

I am in a lot of distress. I need this money to pay for surgery.

Whats going on with my credit card arrival its been 10 days and i cant even use a digital one whats up with this ?

Is there a Tangerine Bank in Canada?

My PC Money Account has been restricted for a week now. I can’t do e-transfers or withdraw. I already called their line several times over the past week and it’s honestly frustrating hearing the same update over and over again. Any advice from people who had similar experience before? Thanks

On October 1st i open a regular checking account online , October second I transferred in $150 Dollars in the account .October 3rd around 7am i get email verify your id . I did it but the hold on the account wasn't removed , called them Lady told me on Monday my account will available to use , Monday comes by and the account not ready to use , i call them and they said it will be 24-48 business hours. Now 7 days i cant have access to my account plus she said that the agent on Friday did not tell me one business day , I recorded every call and interactions i have had with them . THIS is one of the worst company to deal with.

edit: i can post all the audio recordings, and images convo i had with their social media team they started blocking me when i started writing what happened , when confronted the person he was like what ever you have said must triggered the Automator tool , please let me know how i can post the audio recordings on reddit ?
