The worst experiences ever
On October 1st i open a regular checking account online , October second I transferred in $150 Dollars in the account .October 3rd around 7am i get email verify your id . I did it but the hold on the account wasn't removed , called them Lady told me on Monday my account will available to use , Monday comes by and the account not ready to use , i call them and they said it will be 24-48 business hours. Now 7 days i cant have access to my account plus she said that the agent on Friday did not tell me one business day , I recorded every call and interactions i have had with them . THIS is one of the worst company to deal with.
edit: i can post all the audio recordings, and images convo i had with their social media team they started blocking me when i started writing what happened , when confronted the person he was like what ever you have said must triggered the Automator tool , please let me know how i can post the audio recordings on reddit ?
