My car recently suffered a minor accident in a parking lot. The other party was kind enough to stand and call the security to update them about the accident. Finally everything was reported to the police and I have a green slip. As instructed by BYD showroom i dropped my car in Al Futtaim body shop in umm rammool and they asked for all the documents and accident report.
Any of you folks have experience with them and how is their service? I am still waiting for my insurance (Orient PJSC) to approve the claim. The other party has an insurance from Dubai insurance company.
