What would be fair compensation for a long commute?

What salary/ hourly rate would make you consider taking a staff pharmacist position at a local grocery chain that is an hour and a half away from your home (about 90 miles one way). It would be either 36 or 40 hours per week at a high volume store 4000-6000 prescriptions per week. The Pharmacy is open 9-9 M-F and 9-6 Saturday, 10-5 Sunday. There would be a total of 6 pharmacists including yourself you would have to work every 3rd weekend. Most weekdays would have up to 5 pharmacists working with lots of overlap and during the weekends there are 2 pharmacists on duty. Me personally I think my number would be $90-100 an hour to really consider it but I’m curious what others think their number would be.
