Issues with building power for my dryer

I recently moved into an apartment and bought one of the stackable ventless washer/dryer combos. When it was installed it worked just fine and ran for 10 minutes to get the weird smell out of it (installation guy did this). After that the dryer quit working or would only be able to run one cycle, and if you stopped it early to check if the load was dry it would not start again. And now I can’t even run it once.

I had GE come and service it twice and they checked the power and said the power coming into the building was not strong enough to run the 220V. I then had my building maintenance guy come and check out the problem and he said the power lines coming into the building were very old and most likely the issue. Long story short I think he did what he could and said the problem was fixed but I am still having issues and the landlord doesn’t seem interested in calling the electric company/having someone come out to look at the power coming into my apartment.

Is there anything else I can do here? I think the maintenance guys are just going to continue to do a band aid job that won’t actually do anything. Am I able to call the electric company anonymously to come and check it out or will I be saddled with some kind of bill/piss my landlord off?
