Help catching the dapper red bird.

Need help. Am I hunting this damned bird correctly. Using savestates. Every other method I tried for this particular hunt always ends up not changing the nature.

Help me find the red bird of justice.

Trying to shiny hunting piplup in Dehara city but struggling to find a method to do it. Tried the spamming save state/load state before saying yes but it looks like it doesn’t work the same as our starters and where we get the Unova starters as I am constantly getting the same pokemon.
