Common advice: "If a company or management make a promise, get it in writing!" Ummm...thats what a Collective Bargaining Agreement does, but better

Just my opinion on well intentioned advice. The laws in this country are years behind on workers rights, the only way to get some fairness is a union contract. In my humble opinion! 🫡
