Luckiest day of articleship !!!!
Today i got notification of 12,500 credited out of nowhere, it made me feel like gods favourite child
Later, noticed in bank statement thatit had same narration as when ICAI scholarship money of 7.5k credited.
So most probably, ICAI sent me 12.5k idk whyy😭😭😭💓💓💓💓

Its almost 2 years of articleship, today i needed to sent bank's queries replies regarding a term loan. And by mistake sent mail with wrong subject and my boss was in CC and got scolded badly.
Later when sending correct mail, by mistake sent to wrong recipient and again got scolded
Literally worst day, after 2 years of learning, feeling dumb

Father died in Oct, 2020 due to chest pain. Insurance company rejected 50 lakh claim siting chronic liver disease and was alcoholic
Earlier in 2014 he was admitted to hospital for 1 month due to pancreatic issues and in 2019, had issues related to liver again.
During filing of insurance policy form, he declared that not hospitalized and not having any disease
Expect these 2 incidents, never had been any medical emergencies.
After his death, my mother appealed for rejection of claim with help of a lawyer(friend of her friend), we waited for ALMOST 5 YEARS.
2 months back, court ordered in favour of insurance company and rejected our claim. Is there any chance to appeal at State Consumer court
Please anyone guide as my family is not very financially stable at this point, i have 1 year left for my studies to complete
