I’m looking to invest in a plot near Bangalore. I’m a non kannadiga from Andhra Pradesh. Would like to hear experiences of anyone in the similar boat.

I’m in final stages of purchase of plot next to Aparna. Note this isn’t Aparna. What do you think is a good per sqyd price in this market?

Getting a good plot for 60K/sqyd in Gachibowli county phase 5 in mokila of 311 syqd.

I’m looking for investment purpose. Any thoughts ?
