I've recently purchased Bully: Scholarship Edition on Steam and downloaded silentpatch and widescreenfix, and the game runs fine at 60fps, but it constantly stutters every second. The stutters are sometimes short but often are more than a second long, and not only is the game stuttering, but the audio is stuttering too. My in-game settings are maxed out but with vsync off (changing settings to low/turning off shadows does not fix the issue), and my PC specs are a 7900XTX gpu, 7800X3D cpu, and 64 GB of ram. I have also changed the high DPI settings in the .exe file. Does anyone know how to fix the stuttering? Thank you
