I’ve had pleasant interactions on marketplace until now, but a bag that I listed immediately got a lot of attention. One guy was engaging in a back and forth with me asking for authentication and receipts and links (it’s a $50 bag lol), etc. whilst another lady simply agreed to come pick it up. When I marked the listing accordingly as “pending”, he began spamming me asking me to cancel on the other lady and that he’ll come before her, etc. Immediate block🤦‍♀️

Hi everyone, quick question regarding renting a condo in downtown Hamilton. I’m a grad student at Mac looking to sign a 12-month lease for my last year (September to September). My credit score is roughly 684 (dropped from 750 steadily over a year) bc of high utilization, but i’ve never missed a payment. Tbh, it was poor financial literacy about credit scores and what goes into them that got me here. I will attempt to raise it over the next two months now that i’m aware. Alas, my income will be roughly 60k (after taxes) over the next 12 months, from various different sources. I also have guarantors, but no references as I’m moving from home. Should I be worried? Any advice/insight is greatly appreciated !
